Company formation procedure in Hungary step by step

Hungary has one of the fastest and least complicated company setup procedures in Europe. In fact, it is so easy that we can summarise it in just 5 points!

1. Client registration: let us know the basic details of your future company: name, size and area of operation.
2. Service agreement: details the services we will provide, their prices, conditions and deadlines. It is accompanied by the invoice for said services.
3. Company incorporation: Our lawyer will prepare all documents, which you can sign in person or via Power of Attorney. The company is usually incorporated 4-5 business days after signing.
4. Bank account: it is mandatory to do this in person, within 8 business days of incorporation. We will help you choose a bank and provide you with an assistant for the process.
5. Find an accountant: Hungarian companies have to have an accountant. Our English-speaking professionals have extensive experience with foreign-owned small and medium-sized companies.
