Package fee: EUR 3,490

Our virtual office service combines registered seat with mail forwarding. Our colleagues will not only receive and hold letters sent to your company, but also open mail, discard of spam, scan letters, and forward them to you or your accountant as necessary. Lengthy Hungarian letters will be accompanied by a short explanation in English, complete with instructions on how to proceed. It will be like you had a secretary focusing your incoming mail, all for the fraction of the price of hiring an employee.

Moving your registered office requires company modification, a legal process with a set free. To help you make your move towards a more suitable maintenance solution for your Hungarian company, we will take care of this process for you free of charge. The company modification will be handled by our trusted legal partner to ensure full compliance with Hungarian regulations.

Our accountants have ample experience working with foreign owners of small and medium-sized companies in Hungary. Our package includes not only accountancy for 12 months, but also the financial year-end closing at the end of the fiscal year; since this usually costs the same as an extra month, it is as if you got one month of accountancy for free, making our yearly package even more cost-effective. Additionally, whether you have questions about local regulations or the best course of action in specific cases, you can rest assured that you will either receive a simple answer or be redirected towards an expert, like a tax advisor or a payroll specialist.
