Business setup in Hungary
Hungary offers one of the easiest company setup procedures in Europe. The registration of an LLC is available to all nationalities (without requiring a local co-owner or partner), and it is also possible remotely, via a Power of Attorney. The new company will be registered in just 4-5 business days, although then you will need to come to Hungary to open a corporate bank account. An EU VAT number can be requested immediately, without meeting additional requirements.

- Registered seat: when you register your business, the registration must include a seat address where authorities can expect to reach you and your company. - Accountancy: compliance with tax regulations is essential when operating a Hungarian company.
